Perfect for newbies, stiff bodies, and those wanting a slow, mindful, mellow practice, this 1 hr class includes gentle warmups, flowing and classic yoga poses, and a blissful guided relaxation at the end. We’ll practice with compassionate awareness, humor, ease and grace. Leave feeling grounded, nurtured and ready for the rest of your weekend!

FREE SUNSET BEACH YOGA

Mother’s Day
Sunday, May 12th, 7:15-8:15pm
Location:
Fish Haul Beach Park, Hilton Head Island, SC

Join me on Mother’s Day evening for a fun mixed-level class on the beach overlooking the Port Royal Sound. Bring the kids, your friends, your hubbie and your mom - all are welcome! Don’t forget a large beach towel or blanket (leave the yoga mats at home…), and bring a hat, bug spray, water bottle and maybe a layer if needed. We’ll tune into nature and enjoy the sunset while we practice. Parking is free. Simply walk to the end of the beach walkway, and we’ll be gathering in the sandy dune area to the left. Plan to arrive by 7pm, so we can begin at 7:15 and end just after sunset. Of course the class is weather permitting, so keep an eye on the Move Fitness & Yoga Facebook page for any updates.
