I have created this safe space for gentle and therapeutic yoga classes are specifically designed for beginners, boomers and seniors, so that you can find meaningful ways to practice safely and effectively. I offer lots of modifications so that you can find what works for YOUR body. We’ll also explore mindful movement, breath work, and relaxation techniques. These classes are less about perfecting the outer form, and more about using yoga to access our innate inner wisdom, power, compassion and peace.

Different days call for different yoga practices. Sometimes you may be craving more calming and soothing. Sometimes you might want more vitality and energy. Sometimes you may only have 20 minutes to practice and need a quick tune up. While all the class in this library are “Gentle”, look for these video categories to help you find the class that might fit what you’re needing today.

    For times when you’re feeling anxious or scattered, and want to feel more stable, supported and grounded, these nurturing classes will help you “land”.

    Are you feeling sad or blah? Want to feel more open, energetic, and joyful? These pick-me-up classes are also an excellent way to get your energy moving in the morning.

    When you’re exhausted or stressed out, and want to feel nourished & restored, these peaceful classes are particularly helpful at night to support restful sleep.

  • Absolutely. These Gentle Yoga classes are designed for beginners, boomers, and seniors. They’re easy to follow, with plenty of modifications and encouragement to listen to your own body. No prior yoga experience is needed.

  • No worries. You’re in the perfect place! We start where we are and never force. These the opposite of the “no pain, no gain” approach. Instead we’re looking for ways to make yoga easy, accessible and enjoyable for different body types, ages and stages.

  • Many students notice a greater sense of calm, clarity, and connection after completing these classes. Each class supports stress reduction, flexibility, balance, and a flow of ease and grace—not just in your body, but in your life.

  • All you need is a little space, comfortable clothing, and an open mind. Here is short list of suggested props:

    • Yoga mat

    • 2 yoga blocks

    • Yoga strap (or long scarf)

    • Bolster (or rolled towel or firm blanket)

    • Sturdy four-legged chair (for classes that include chair yoga)

    • Extra layers, pillows, etc. for comfort

  • Monthly membership is only $1 a day ($30/month), charged monthly. You can continue to view videos as many times as you like with your subscription. You can cancel at any time after your first month. Or, save $60 by paying a yearly fee of $300 (like getting two month for free).

  • Currently, the videos are available for streaming only with an active monthly subscription.

  • Your access never expires as long as you membership is active. You can revisit the classes as often as you like.
